Start Your Video Visit
Make sure you have access to the LMC MyChart app, desktop, laptop or Mac computer.
If using the LMC MyChart app, check that you have version 9.7 or later.
If using a desktop or laptop, ensure you have Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as an installed web browser. Google Chrome or Safari if using Mac.
At least 30 minutes before your appointment, login to MyChart and select your visit.
You will be asked to review or update your information with eCheck-In and test your video before your appointment.
Join the video and wait for your doctor in the virtual lobby.
Stay logged into the video. Your provider will contact you in MyChart within minutes.

Tips for Successful Video Visits
Find a private, quiet place.
Limit background noise such as TVs or conversations.
Dress appropriately.
Your provider will be able to see you and anything behind you.
Check your lighting and sound.
Disable Bluetooth and turn up your volume. You may also need to allow the app to use your microphone.
Look at your device screen.
Make sure you are in front of the camera and can see yourself on screen.
