COVID Testing: Lexington School District 2

Testing for Lexington School District 2 will be conducted on Wednesday, October 28 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Lexington School District 2 Innovation Center 509 Bulldog Blvd, Cayce, SC 29033.

Your appointment will be part of a group time slot.
Upon arrival, you may experience a short wait to best accommodate everyone.
Please be sure to bring your school-issued ID as well as your driver’s license.

After selecting a date/time for your test and entering a reason for your visit, log in to your MyChart account to reduce the amount of time needed for your testing registration or your MyChart proxy registration.
