What is it?

This class provides education and support for breastfeeding mothers.

Topics include:

  • Advantages of breastfeeding
  • What to expect at the hospital
  • Pumping and going back to work
  • Managing breastfeeding difficulties
  • Choosing a pediatrician

Understanding Cesarean Birth (Online Only)


Online Class Registration

What is it?

This online course teaches moms and dads about the different types and causes for cesarean births. Looking for the signs of labor, how to prepare for surgery, breastfeeding and recovering from the surgery, along with other topics.

This online course is about 3 hours and you will have access for 9 months, so you can view as many times as needed. Once you have registered, an email with the codes and information to set up your InJoy account will be sent to you within 2-3 days.

Understanding Infant & Child Safety (Online Only)

What is it?

This online course informs you of safety measures that are needed at home and away from home to keep your little one safe.

What is it?

Children ages 3 to 10 learn basic safety and care for their new sibling.

This class includes:

  • Tours of the Mother/Baby and Newborn departments
  • Information on how to manage sibling rivalry
  • Tips on how to welcome a new baby

Siblings at Birth (Currently Not Available)

What is it?

For children age 14 and younger who wish to be in the delivery room during the birth of their sibling.

Infant/Child CPR Class (In-Person)

What is it?

Parents will learn how to perform cardiopulmonary resucitation (CPR) and how to respond to a choking child or infant.

Participants receive a certificate of completion. There is no written test.
