A graduate of Florida A&M University in Tallahassee with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in public health, Dr. Wilson earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania. She then completed an internal medicine residency at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina, and a geriatric medicine fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Dr. Wilson is dual board certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Geriatrics Society and the American Osteopathic Association. She has more than five years of experience in geriatric medicine and most recently provided primary care services and promoted wellness in patients ages 60 and older at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, Internal Medicine – Westchester in High Point, North Carolina, as well as supervised care for patients ages 18 and older.

Dr. Wilson joins the highly skilled physicians and staff at Lexington Internists Northeast to provide comprehensive, individualized care to adults ages 60 and older. In addition to well visits and same-day sick and urgent appointments, the practice offers a full range of medical services, including minor surgeries, cardiology and laboratory services, nuclear stress tests and preventive care.
