Dr. Brown earned bachelor’s degrees in biology and psychology from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina, and received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He then completed a residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at MUSC. He continued his training as a visiting fellow in microvascular reconstruction and facial plastic surgery at Oregon Health Science University in Portland.
Board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Brown is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Head and Neck Society, as well as a past president of the Greenville Medical Society. Most recently, Dr. Brown was managing partner of Greenville ENT and Allergy Associates in Greenville, South Carolina, specializing in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and head and neck surgery and providing oversight of 15 physicians and 80 staff. He has extensive experience in facial trauma management, functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, skin cancer reconstruction and salivary gland tumors and disorders. He is also currently a Lt. Colonel in the United States Army Reserve.
Dr. Brown proudly joins the board-certified otolaryngologists, audiologists and advanced practice providers at Lexington ENT & Allergy to provide patients of all ages with surgical and non-surgical treatments for ear, nose, throat, and head and neck disorders.
