Dr. Maloney graduated with honors from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, with an undergraduate degree in genetics and earned her medical degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She then completed a surgical residency at Dalhousie University and a urologic residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.
A member of the American Urological Association, Dr. Maloney is board certified by the American Board of Urology and has more than 30 years of experience providing comprehensive urologic care. She most recently served as a staff urologist at McLeod Health in Sumter, South Carolina, and as a clinical assistant professor and director of Medical Student Education for urology at Greenville Hospital System University Medical Group in Greenville, South Carolina. Prior to these roles, she was an assistant professor of surgery and associate residency director for the Division of Urology at Duke University Medical Center.
