Sarah Rustin, MD, graduated from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina, with a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina. Dr. Rustin completed her residency in emergency medicine at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Rustin previously worked as an attending physician and medical student supervisor at Aiken Regional Hospital in Aiken, South Carolina, and as an attending physician at Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, Alabama, and Greenville Health System in Greenville, South Carolina.
Dr. Rustin is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, the American Academy of Emergency Physicians and the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine.
