Dr. Inabinet graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine with her medical degree. She then completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Prisma Health/USC School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina, serving as administrative chief resident and chair of the Residents’ Ethics Committee for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She was the recipient of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine resident award for excellence in obstetrics, as well as the University of South Carolina School of Medicine award for excellence in obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Inabinet has certifications in the fundamentals of laparoscopic surgery and neonatal resuscitation and is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the South Carolina Medical Association, and Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She most recently completed a research and quality improvement project at Prisma Health that created and utilized a preterm labor assessment toolkit to timely triage and assess patients complaining of preterm labor.
