Thomas P. Giudice, MD, FACOG, FPMRS, graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in biomedical science and anatomy from Barry University in Miami, Florida. He then earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, graduating, and completed his residency at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville.
Dr. Giudice is one of a few physicians with dual board certification in obstetrics and gynecology, and female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is an American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Fellow and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Giudice has extensive expertise in minimally invasive surgery, including robotic, laparoscopic and transvaginal, for the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Giudice serves as clinical associate professor of gynecology and anatomy for the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He has also been actively involved in clinical research and teaching surgery techniques to medical students, residents and post-graduate physicians throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia.
