Nicholas G. Watson, MD, graduated summa cum laude from the University of South Carolina in Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia and completed his residency there.
During his residency, Dr. Watson served as a volunteer at Epworth Children’s Home, providing care to the children residing at the facility. He also volunteered at Good Samaritan Clinic in Columbia to care for the underserved Hispanic population in this area. Dr. Watson is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the South Carolina Medical Association. In addition to his professional memberships and volunteer work, he has presented poster and podium cases at the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine annual conference.
