Stephen A.D. Grant, MD, graduated cum laude from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He also received his Doctor of Medicine from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Dr. Grant completed his residency in emergency medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens, New York, where he served as chief resident.
Prior to joining Lexington Medical Center, Dr. Grant served as a staff physician at North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia. He has a special interest in toxicology.
Dr. Grant is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the South Carolina Medical Association. He previously served as president of the South Carolina College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Grant is also board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
