Alexander Remedios, MD, graduated summa cum laude from The State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science in pharmacology. He received his Doctor of Medicine from The State University of New York at Stony Brook College of Medicine and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York.
Before joining Lexington Medical Center, Dr. Remedios worked as an attending physician at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He now serves as the medical director for the Emergency department at Lexington Medical Center.
Dr. Remedios is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
