Marc Saint-Jour, MD, graduated cum laude from City University of New York at Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, with a Bachelor of Science in biology and earned his medical degree from State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn. He then completed his residency at University Hospital of Brooklyn in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Saint-Jour has experience providing a broad range of health care services, including treating patients with serious medical conditions that require ongoing care and managing the care of critically ill patients in medical intensive care, emergency departments and medical/surgical units. In addition to this clinical service, he has completed several medical missions in the Caribbean and in Central America. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Saint-Jour is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Christian Medical and Dental Association and the Society of Hospital Medicine. He also serves on the Admitting Best Practices Committee and the Hospital Quality Advisory Committee at Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, South Carolina.
