Erik S. Crook, MD

Dr. Crook joined The Columbia Medical Group in July 2008 after graduating from the internal medicine residency program at the Medical University of South Carolina. Before attending medical school at MUSC, he graduated from The University of South Carolina Honors College with a B.S. in biology. Dr. Crook is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
