West Columbia, S.C. – Lexington Medical Center is pleased to welcome Jeremy R. Crisp, MD, to the hospital’s network of care. Dr. Crisp will practice clinical family and preventative medicine at Lexington Family Practice Northeast, a Lexington Medical Center physician practice.
Dr. Crisp received his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina. He also completed his family medicine internship and residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.
“I look forward to providing compassionate care to families in the Midlands and working with Lexington Medical Center’s excellent network of care,” said Dr. Crisp.
Dr. Crisp is a member of professional organizations including the American Board of Family Medicine, South Carolina Board of Medical Examiners, National Health Service Corp, American Academy of Family Physicians and the South Carolina Academy of Family Physicians.
Lexington Family Practice Northeast provides comprehensive medical care for all age groups, for individuals and families. The practice provides mobile mammography, cardiovascular ultrasound, digital CAT scan, employment physicals, x-ray and lab services.
