Mission

Volunteers provide supplementary, non-professional assistance to staff, patients, families and visitors and to serve as a personal link between Lexington Medical Center and the community.

Training

We want to help our volunteers feel confident and comfortable in the role in which they are placed. In addition to a general orientation to familiarize you with the responsibilities and benefits of volunteering, you will receive specialized training in your particular service area.
