Dr. Greene is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

She is a fellow with the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease, as well as a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the South Atlantic Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the South Carolina Medical Society.
