We offer many classes ranging from beginner to advanced levels that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
Yoga & Pilates
De-Stress Yoga
Finish the week with meditative, restorative yoga.
Gentle Yoga
For persons looking for a modified, supported gentle yoga class; all ages and abilities.
Power Yoga
Class that challenges your strength, flexibility and endurance. Be prepared to sweat! Previous yoga experience advised.
Slow Flow Stretch
Focuses on the mindful body awareness through alignment and holding poses longer through a moderate flowing style. All levels welcome.
Pilates Fundamentals
(4-wk class) Offered to those who have never taken Pilates. Learn the basics of Pilates and breath control. Upon registration, you will receive a Pilates pass to be given to your instructor at each lesson. 45-min. class.
Pilates Level 1
Bridge between Pilates Fundamentals and Pilates classes. You will increase your skill and comfort level. 45 min. class.
Pilates w/Props
Take Pilates to a higher level. Enjoy adding small balls, magic circles, foam rollers, weights, bands and dowels to your workout. Participant must be comfortable w/ Level 2. 45-min. class.
Cycle Classes
Intro to Cycle
30-minute class including instruction on how to adjust the bike to your body type with a 20-minute easy ride. A ‘must’ for all new riders.
Beginner Cycle
For those ready to move on from the Intro class and improve riding skills.
Cycle
45-minute class to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance as you ride.
Cycle Skills & Drills
Intense cycle experience developed for the cycle enthusiast looking for a cardiovascular challenge.
Cross Training
Beginner Fitness Class
Learn the basics of muscular and cardiovascular conditioning as you begin to improve your general fitness.
Beginner Zumba
Want to have fun and move at the same time? Try this beginner class to learn the basics of Latin cardio dance. Open to all.
Circuit Training
Physical conditioning involving both cardio and strength movements in a series of different stations or pieces of equipment.
Cardio Core
Core training class with athletic drills using step, low impact, Reebok Deck and Core Board while focusing on core musculature.
Fit Forever
Complete fitness class with cardiovascular and muscle conditioning for individuals new to fitness and older adults. Good for persons with exercise limitations.
Fitness Light
This class is perfect for the beginner or out-of shape participant who wants to work out with like-minded individuals.
Kickboxing
Combining high power kicks and punches with core stability is sure to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular systems at new levels!
Step
Challenge your fitness level and stay motivated by combining aerobic activity using the step along w/resistance training.
Muscular Conditioning
Be Fit & Sit
45-minute movement and muscular conditioning class performed while sitting in a chair and/or standing using chair for balance. Perfect for those with limitations in mobility and/or balance.
Bells & Board
Core Board and Kettlebell combo class. Get the best blend of cardio and strength training.
Energized Rep
An exciting combination of Rep Reebok and cardio to increase heart rate following muscular conditioning (75 min. class).
Kettlebells Fundamentals
Beginner class teaches the basic moves for training w/ Kettlebells. Registration required. Class limit: 8.
Kettlebells Level 1
Kettlebells work the entire body emphasizing the hips, hamstrings and core musculature. Pre-requisite: KB Fundamentals. Must have healthy hips, backs, shoulders and knees.
Kettlebells Level 2
Take your Kettlebell training to the next level of strength and conditioning. Pre-requisite: KB Level 1. Must have healthy hips, backs, shoulders and knees.
Kneehab
30-minute class to strengthen the muscles surrounding the knee combined with flexibility exercises to increase range of motion. Excellent class for anyone with arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis or general knee pain.
Med Power
Low impact cardio and body sculpting workout w/ small weighted balls. For beginner to advanced participants.
Power Abs
15 minute class to challenge your abdominals and core musculature.
Pure Strength
Strength training class with body bars, hand weights, and other resistance equipment, designed to increase overall strength and muscle tone.
Rep Reebok
Group strength-training program using set music, with sets and repetitions for each muscle group to guarantee results.
Sculpt
Total body conditioning class using dumbbells, body bars, balls, tubing, & dynabands. A must for all levels! Great beginner class.
TRX
TRX Suspension training harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you train. Pre-requisite: strong awareness of body in space, strong spine and joints. See front desk for fees and pass.
