You may register in person by going to either of our two facilities:

Irmo location beginning September 2008 @ 1674-E Lake Murray Blvd. See www.lexmed.com for updates.

Health Directions Wellness Center in West Columbia @ 3225 Sunset Blvd during the following hours:

Mon - Thursday 5:45am - 9pm

Friday 5:45am - 6pm

Saturday 7:45am - 2pm

Sunday 1:00pm - 6pm
