The Live Light Weight Loss Program is a course which focuses on improving eating habits and developing a healthy lifestyle. Through pre- and post-assessments, meal planning, exercise classes and educational instruction, participants learn to be successful in their weight-loss efforts. The program is lead by a registered dietitian who will teach you better ways to grocery shop, eat out and prepare healthy, tasty meals.
